Park Inn by Radisson, Calgary Airport North, AB

We had a great experience at this airport area hotel. The rooms are clean and well equipped with comfy recliner chair, kitchenette with full fridge, stovetop and dishwasher. Bed was comfy. The continental breakfast was a cut above average and served with proper metal cutlery and real dishes instead of paper plates, coffee was strong and they provided a nondairy milk option. The taxi transfer setup is much more flexible and convenient than standard shuttle. All the staff we spoke with was courteous and helpful.

Nicer than I expected! Our suite had a kitchenette, living room, and comfortable king size bed. Decent little fitness centre and breakfast was included. They even had non-dairy milk for my cereal and coffee!

Disorganized and aggressive airport pickup experience (not the hotel’s fault), January 17, 2026 12:20pm, Cab no. 1149 This review is specifically about the airport pickup experience coordinated with Associated Taxi, not the hotel itself. According to Park Inn’s information on Booking.com, guests are instructed to use Associated cabs (white taxis with a blue label) for airport pickup, with the hotel providing a voucher upon arrival. Wanting to follow the hotel’s instructions exactly, we went directly to an Associated cab at the taxi stand. Instead of helping, the Associated driver immediately told us, quite aggressively, that we should just take the first cab in line (a different company) and insisted the hotel “doesn’t care.” This directly contradicted the hotel’s written instructions, which understandably made us hesitant. When we tried to clarify and double-check, the situation escalated unnecessarily. The Associated driver became increasingly hostile, raised his voice, yelled at the other cab driver (who had done nothing wrong), and accused him of not wanting to take us because the ride was “too short.” He then angrily told us to call the hotel, continuing to insist that the hotel didn’t care, all while creating a very uncomfortable scene at the taxi stand. We eventually contacted the hotel directly and were clearly told that it was perfectly fine to take a Checkers taxi. We did exactly that, and the Checkers driver was kind, professional, and awesome, making the rest of the trip completely stress-free. This behaviour was unprofessional, intimidating, and completely inappropriate, especially for arriving travellers just trying to follow instructions. To be clear, the hotel itself was perfectly fine. The room was clean, the stay was comfortable, and the person at reception was awesome, very accommodating and helpful. However, Park Inn really needs to reconsider their association with this taxi service, as this experience left a very poor first impression. A simple airport pickup should not turn into a stressful confrontation.

Good catch on Expedia. Very comfy bed. Quiet. I'd stay there again. Not a gourmet breakfast, but for free it's just fine

This hotel is one of the best hotel in Calgary Airport. We arrived Calgary almost midnight and the hotel had a free pick up from and to airport by taxi. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. We stayed for one night at this hotel. The room was clean and spacious with a fully equipped kitchenette and a big fridge. Although we missed the breakfast, the staff allowed us to grab a cup of coffee, water, and muffin to go while they cleaned the breakfast area after closing time. Because the room had a fully equipped kitchenette we comfortably had our breakfast in the room. Will come back when visiting Calgary.

Had another great stay here. We come to Calgary a couple of times/year and the Park Inn provides a great base for a few days of big box shopping. When we checked in this time there was some confusion about the room, with our booking showing a different room type than what the hotel had received. The gentleman at the front desk (Raj?) was very helpful, and honored the room type on our reservation with no fuss. The pet friendly rooms are conveniently located so you can enter and return without going through the lobby. Breakfast is simple with friendly hostesses. We will certainly return here in the future.

Absolutely lovely stay! Stayed one night and wish I could have stayed another! Comfy room, great parking, polite staff! Felt very welcomed in the hotel and check in was quick yet courteous. Room was on the main floor and little to no noise from the airport itself. Being an all suite hotel was lovely, even though I did not need the kitchenette, other travelers may appreciate it.

Very convenient location and less than 10 minutes drive to the airport. The hotel offers a complimentary transportation to and fr the airport which was very convenient. Staff was professional and so nice! Rooms were new and clean, bed was great, and there were a lot of kitchen amenities including stove top and plates cutlery etc. Free breakfast as well. 10/10 thanks for a great stay! Also rooms were quiet!
